When I select for the labels to generate a specific way, they are printing the same for all options. They print in the corner of the 8.5x11 sheet and it cuts off information that is needed.

It sounds like there might be a few factors at work here:
ShippingEasy: SETTINGS >> LABELS
Setting changes here will only apply to new labels purchased. Since labels are generated in a PDF format, the format of purchased labels is static. So, it is important that you print purchased labels onto paper that matches the original format selected.
If you need to apply new label settings to an already purchased label, you can cancel the label and create a duplicate (unique) label. These articles will help you with that:
Adobe Reader & Browser's print settings (if opening PDF in browser)
If you do not have a printer integrated with ShippingEasy, then you will open a PDF to print from your browser. When opening a PDF in a browser, it will either open in the browser's native PDF viewer or use Adobe Reader. We find the best results when Adobe Reader is the default client to open PDFs.
