I am using OpenCart 1.5.6.4 and have integrated it with ShippingEasy through this opencart-shippingeasy plugin: https://github.com/neerajskydiver/shipping-easy-opencart.
I have gone through all the steps and successfully inputted my ShippingEasy store's api credentials and store api key in the OpenCart form. When I manually create an order through my store front, I successfully receive the order in my OpenCart admin portal, but do not receive the order in ShippingEasy. The success page after checkout has an error that states:
Invalid response object from API:
The requested URL /api/stores/47d0ebaf01affcaf707204fe321865e7/orders was not found on this server.
This same error occurs when I use the opencart-shippingeasy plugin that ShippingEasy provides when I create my store on ShippingEasy.
I am currently using a free version of ShippingEasy (do not think that it should make a difference) and my OpenCart store is located as a subdomain on my server (it is using https).
I have spent days diagnosing this issue and have not been able to solve it. If anyone can please help me out I would greatly appreciate it!
Thanks,
Sohrob
Hi Sohrob,
Due to the unique and intricate nature of your store’s integration with ShippingEasy, the two-step process is best handled by your store's developer. Because of this, we are not able to troubleshoot installation of this integration. A complete understanding of the backbone of your website is crucial in ensuring that the integration process is quick and worry-free.
Here is some detailed documentation that will explain how to complete set up in your that you can pass along to your developer.
We also have a guide on How to use OpenCart with ShippingEasy that should help as well.
In the meantime, you can place manual orders or use our CSV upload tool for your shipments.
Warm regards,
