I don't see my order list

Hi,
 
I'm trying to create return label through shipping easy; however shipping easy can't read/sync my orders from shopify. I don't see anything order listed. Can you find out what is the problem?

Hi GEMGEM,

Within ShippingEasy, you can quickly generate a prepaid return label for any domestic order that was shipped within ShippingEasy. You would do this via your SHIPMENT HISTORY or the GLOBAL SEARCH page.
