When I complete a shipment using Shipping Easy, my orders are no longer marked as fulfilled within my Shopify Store.
In the past when I completed a shipment, using Shipping Easy, my Shopify orders would be automatically updated as "Fulfilled", thus triggering an email to my customers within the Shopify platform.
Something has changed and that trigger, to mark my Shopify orders as fulfilled, is no longer happening.
I have not made any changes to the settings in my Shipping Easy account or in my Shopify account. Any idea on what could be going on?

Thanks for posting in our forums!
I spot checked a few recent shipments in your Shipment History, and I did see these updated as shipped on Shopify, however it is possible you did this manually before I could take a look.
When you select to update these, do you see that the update failed in your Shipment History? I'm not seeing any failures there on your account currently; Did you already retry to update these? Was the retry successful?
Would you please review our guide on failures for order updates to store? You will want to make sure your store is connected when you are purchasing your labels. Something else to keep in mind is that order updates do not occur immediately if you have selected to delay order updates to your store.
If that guide doesn't help, would you please email the order numbers that failed to update, as well as a screenshot on Shopify showing the order details to issues@shippingeasy.com? Make sure that you don't manually update these as fulfilled on Shopify so we can take a look to see why the order update failed as I am not seeing any failed updates in your Shipment History currently.
