Orders older than 90 days archived and can no longer manage returns

We sell products that have a 1.5 year warranty so being able to manage the order over that time period would be nice.

While shipments older than 120 days are archived, they are still available from Reports and from the Global Search bar.

I hope that helps, but you still feel you need access to your past orders from the Shipment History page, would you consider reposting your specific needs to our Feature Requests forums? These are monitored by our CEO and Product Team and used to prioritize future development work.
