ShippingEasy's REPORTS page features a set of preconfigured reports with the added option to create custom reports.

Data sets accessible via preconfigured reports:

Each of these preconfigured reports includes a unique set of metrics, most of which can be found among the data metrics available in custom reports. Learn more about creating a custom report.

User For accounts with multiple user logins: user login which processed the shipment. Productivity: track throughput of staff. Shipping

Order Date Date the customer placed the order on your website. Store: sales activity over a time frame.
Marketing: generate contact lists based on purchase dates.

Last Store Update Column will display "Success" if the Last Store Update was successful, "Failure" if the Last Store Update was unsuccessful, or "Inactive" if we are unable to find the SKU in the current product catalog on your store. A good indicator of the link status. If you see "Failure" or "Inactive", this could mean that the product was changed on the store and it needs to be re-linked to ShippingEasy.
