What data is available within Reports?

ShippingEasy's REPORTS page features a set of preconfigured reports with the added option to create custom reports.

Each of these preconfigured reports includes a unique set of metrics, most of which can be found among the data metrics available in custom reports. Learn more about creating a custom report.

Shipping Reports

      Report Type

Carrier Date displayed on the shipping label. Shipping: tracking status of orders.  
Confirmation Option Specific carrier confirmation option added to service. Shipping: evaluate shipping services.    
Creation Date Date the shipment was created. Productivity: compare with Order Date to find throughput rate; combine with User, Store, or Ship From data to find productivity of an individual or location.      
Creation Time Time the shipment was created. Productivity: compare with Order Date to find throughput rate; combine with User, Store, or Ship From data to find productivity of an individual or location.

Discount Amount Any discounts applied to the order total; available for select platforms (Amazon, Bigcommerce, Shopify, Magento, Volusion, WooCommerce). Business: evaluate effectiveness of discounts.
Marketing: generate contact lists (customers who got a discount once will likely jump at another).
   
Email Address Email address used to receive the shipment confirmation email or alias provided by platform (ie: Amazon, eBay). Marketing: generate contact list.    
Height (inches) Measure of package height in inches. Shipping: evaluate shipping services and packing methods.      
Insurance Cost If you added insurance, amount your business paid for shipment insurance; relates to the declared value for coverage. Business: shipping cost analysis.  
Length (inches) Measure of package length in inches. Shipping: evaluate shipping services and packing methods.

Order Number Reference number assigned to your order. Store: reconcile shipments.  
Order Total Total amount your customer paid to you including item cost, shipping charge and taxes. Business: gross profit analysis.
Marketing: generate contact lists based on purchase amount.
 
Package Type Specific carrier package option selected to ship order. Note: currently, this does not include custom packages. Shipping: evaluate packing supply needs.    
Postage Cost Amount your business paid for the shipping label. Business: shipping cost analysis.
Quantity Number of items included in shipment. Inventory: compare with SKU and/or Item Description to track inventory turnover.

Shipping Margin Difference between how much your customer paid you for shipping and the amount you paid for the shipping label. Business: shipping cost analysis.    
Shipping Paid (by customer) Amount your customer paid to you for shipping. Business: shipping cost analysis.    
Store Website at which the order was placed. Traffic: sales activity by channel.

Total Shipping Cost Cost of the shipping label plus any insurance and additional confirmation options. Business: shipping cost analysis.  
Total Wholesale Price Total cost you paid for the products which could include manufacturing costs, supplier costs, etc. Business: evaluate gross profit    
Tracking Number Unique shipment number assigned by the carrier. Shipping: track orders' delivery statuses.
Store: reconcile shipments.
   
User For accounts with multiple user logins: user login which processed the shipment. Productivity: track throughput of staff.    
Weight (oz) Package weight. Shipping: evaluate shipping services.  
Width (inches) Measure of package width in inches. Shipping: evaluate shipping services and packing methods.      
Zone USPS designation which indicates the distance the shipment traveled. Learn more. Shipping: evaluate shipping services (ie: use Regional Rate for lower Zones, learn more); plan strategic addition of warehouses.
Marketing: generate regional campaigns.
 

Order Reports

Alt. Order Number Displays the alternate order number for the shipment    
Domestic Order Count Number of Domestic Orders on the date specified

SKU Unique identifier assigned to your products; most helpful when Product Catalog is used. Learn more.
Total Revenue total amount of revenue of SKU, not including shipping on order
Total Wholesale Price Total cost you paid for the products which could include manufacturing costs, supplier costs, etc.
Total Quantity Total amount of specific SKU shipped across all orders
UPC The Universal Product Code of the product (user-defined) 
Unit Wholesale Price
The Wholesale Price of a single unit of the product (user-defined)

Inventory Reports

    Report Type
Metric Description Inventory Status Inventory Low Stock Report Linked Stores by Product Products Committed by Date
Available The Stock minus the Committed    
Available by Date The Current Stock minus the Committed by Date      
Awaiting The total amount of stock you have ordered, but not yet received from your supplier(s).        
Category      
Committed The total amount of stock you have committed to orders that have not yet been shipped    
Committed By Date The Committed amount based on the specified date range

Current Low Stock Threshold The Low Stock Threshold of the product at the time the report is generated      
Current Stock The total Stock (Available plus Committed) of the product at the time the report is generated      
FBA Stock If the product is stored at FBA, this is the total Stock (Available plus Committed) at the FBA warehouse      
FBA Available If the product is stored at FBA, this is the stock Available for sale (Stock minus Committed) at the FBA warehouse      
FBA Inventory Value The value of the inventory at FBA (Unit Wholesale Price times FBA Stock)      
Item Name The Name of the product

Metric Description Inventory Status Inventory Low Stock Report Linked Stores by Product Products Committed by Date
Link Status This column will display "Active" if the product is linked to the store, "Inactive" if there is an issue with the product link to the store, or "Unlinked" if we are unable to find the SKU in the current product catalog on your store.      
Master SKU This column will have a value when the SKU is an alias, otherwise the cell will be blank      
SKU The SKU of the product    
Shortage For Low Stock Products, this is the amount of stock necessary to meet the Low Stock Threshold (Threshold minus Available)      
Shortage by Date The difference between the Current Low Stock Threshold and the Available by Date      
Stock The total Stock (Available plus Committed) of the product

Store The Store Name of the store that is linked to the product      
Store Type The Store Type (or platform) of the store that is linked to the product

Sales, Velocity and Forecasting Reports

Alias SKU An additional SKU assigned to a product. 
Available stock Stock you actually have on hand  
Awaiting stock Quantity on outstanding purchase orders for the SKU  
DTR (Days to Reorder) Number of days until a PO must be placed to avoid stockout

Lead Demand Projected demand during the lead time

Lead Time User-defined value that identifies the amount of time between when a PO is placed and the replenishment order is received - set globally from Inventory Settings or on the individual product  
Projected Available Projected remaining Available stock taking into account Awaiting Stock and Projected Sales  
Projected Sales Projected sales during the reorder period (Lead Time + Forecast Period)  
QTB (Quantity to Buy) Recommended quantity to buy in order to have enough inventory to fulfill all orders through the reorder period - takes into account the In-stock Expectation set on Inventory Settings  
SKU The Stock Keeping Unit of the product (user-defined)
Supplier Name Name of the Supplier

Stockout Days until Available stock is zero  
Units Sold The number of individual units of the SKU that were sold during the designated timeframe (determined by Order Date)  
Units Sold (7-Day) The number of individual units of the SKU that were sold during the last 7 days  
Units Sold (14-Day) The number of individual units of the SKU that were sold during the last 14 Days  
Units Sold (30-Day) The number of individual units of the SKU that were sold during the last 30 Days  
Units Sold (60-Day) The number of individual units of the SKU that were sold during the last 60 days  
Units Sold (90-Day) The number of individual units of the SKU that were sold during the last 90 days
