Please add support for UPS Smart Pickup. This is a critical feature that really needs to be added.
Shopify has implemented a new option to edit orders for things like wrong size, wrong item, add an item, etc. Currently, Shipping Easy leaves the added item as unfulfilled and does not close out the order with the shipping information. It would be very helpful if the order would get updated within shipping easy so that it could properly close out in Shopify.
ShippingEasy does not provide support for UPS Quantum View Notify. However, we're interested in learning more about shippers who rely on this service. Please use this thread to share the importance of UPS Quantum View Notify to your business.

I use ShippingEasy for all of my stores except Bandcamp. I used to use ShipStation for everything but I've migrated everything to ShippingEasy except Bandcamp, since it's not supported.

Issue: If a shipping label is cancelled and then reshipped, updated information - ship status and tracking number, is not updating back to Amazon. The orders appear as unshipped and unconfirmed on Amazon which affects seller metrics. Can the communication via the API do updates or can it be fired off on demand in order to re-communicate the new shipping data?
In situations where I have many shipments (split) for one Shopify order # some of the notifications back to Shopify will fail if purchased in batch. I believe it has something to do with sending too many requests to a single order # at a time. Normally about half the requests will fail and need retried. This is a request for a very Useful feature that can be used at the Integrated Stores Setup level. Right now the "Custom Fields" on the order are not mapped to any of the fields from the Integrated Stores. If I cancel a shipment in ShippingEasy (that originated in my WooCommerce store), the tracking number and status in my WooCommerce store do not change. Minimally, I would expect the tracking number to be deleted and an email sent to customer that this shipping label has been cancelled (the latter would be nice to have). I need an option for shippingeasy to only pull in only Open, Paid, and Unfulfilled Orders, I can't mark my Amazon and Ebay orders as fulfilled in Shopify, because they'll be updated by shopify as shipped in the Marketplaces and then they get automatically cleared from shippingeasy. ShippingEasy needs to integrate with a POS system, so that we can continue tracking our inventory in one place. When somebody walks into our store, buys something and we ring them out, it should automatically come out of inventory.
