We appreciate your reply! As suggested, you will need to create manual orders for those that were not pulled in automatically, since the initial sync for Jane only goes back 14 days.
We recommend creating manual orders for any orders placed more than 14 days using the walkthroughs in these links: You can add manual orders one-by-one or via a CSV file.

Thank you for writing to our forums. Unfortunately, the initial sync for Jane.com stores only goes so far back. We recommend making manual orders for those that were not pulled in automatically.
We have a guide for how to use ShippingEasy with Jane.com stores that has more information on this process.
