Storenvy orders not sycing

I signed up for a new account today, but cannot seem to get any of my orders (both on stripe and paypal) to sync. Most orders are less than 14 days old, and I've verified that my storenvy store is active and not-disconnected. I've also tried deleting and re-adding my store, pressing the manual sync button, and logging in/out to no avail. What can I do to fix this?

Hello Regan - Thanks for posting to our forum!

It looks like some of your Storenvy orders have started syncing. I hope that means the problem is resolved.

In case you still have missing orders, I'd like to summarize the most common causes of Storenvy orders not syncing:

  1. Status. Only "Open" orders will sync.
  2. Age. Only orders place within the 14 days before integrating, or anytime after integrating, will sync.
  3. Live store. Orders place while stores are in maintenance mode will not sync.
  4. Disconnected store. If your store is not connected with ShippingEasy, the orders will not sync. Learn how to reconnect your store.
  5. Payment processor. Orders paid via Stripe may not sync. Learn more.

If you still have orders that are missing, please review these conditions. Should any of your missing orders pass all of these, please let me know in the comments below.

I'm having a similar issue.  Only 3 of my 7 orders synced upon completing the account registration process.  One is 2 days old and the other three are 6 days old.  None of the 4 are older than 14 days that didn't sync and all 7 are "Open."

Hello Scott, and thank you for posting to our community!

It appears that your Storenvy store has become disconnected from your ShippingEasy account. Can you try reconnecting it using the steps in the link below?

How to: Re-connect a store that has been archived or disconnected

Once your store has been reconnected, can you try syncing again using the steps in the next link below?

How to: Refresh my store and download new orders

If resyncing your store, still does not download your older orders, can you please contact our support directly at issues@shippingeasy.com.

Please be sure to provide your full name, your ShippingEasy account name, and any order numbers that have still not downloaded to your ShippingEasy account.
