Hello Simply Sweet Designs - Thanks for reaching out to us.

In reviewing your account, I see that you initially integrate your PayPal store 11 months ago; however, it has since been archived. In order to sync your orders, you will need to reactivate the store first.

This guide will provide details:

Please keep in mind that your account is presently at it's limit for the number of stores that can be connected. So, before you can reconnect your store, you'll need to make room for it. You can either add an additional store to your subscription, upgrade to the Basic plan (which will also allow you to troubleshoot with us live), or disconnect one of your stores if it's not in use.

  1. How to: Disconnect a store from my account
  2. How to: Add additional options to my plan
  3. How to: Upgrade my plan

Once your store is active, any orders placed after the store has been reconnected will sync. However, ShippingEasy does not automatically download past orders, except when a brand new connection is established, orders from the past 14 days will automatically download.

To establish a brand new connection, you would want to add a new store instead of re-connecting your archived store. You will still need to create an open port for another integration for this option to work:

If you're able to get your store re-connected or reintegrated and find that new orders are not syncing, let me know and I'd be happy to review the specifics of your active integration. Thanks!

Hi I am having the same problem with my PayPal stores not getting imported. But I just created my account and it is not picking up orders that are only a couple days prior to my account creation. Please help soon!

Hello BG - It looks like your store was connected. However, there was one field within your Stores & Orders settings left blank: Filter Orders By Email

You can find this by going to SETTINGS >> STORES & ORDERS. Then click the Edit store settings link under your PayPal store. The "Filter Orders By Email" field is within the "Store Info" section.

I updated this with the email saved for your store, to see if I could download your missing orders. This allowed me to sync 3 orders, currently present on your Orders page.

If you use a different email address than that listed in the "Filter Orders By Email" field, please update that. Otherwise, your future orders should download as they are placed.

For more information about our PayPal integration, I recommend taking a look at this guide:

Please post any follow up questions in the comments below. Thanks!

I'm having the same problem: orders not syncing with Paypal.  I do have the "filter orders by email" setting filled in (which at one point solved my problem), but I am now back to not having any orders come through to Shipping Easy.  I've had 5 phone calls to technical support and am yet to resolve this problem.  Will be closing my account if I can't get it straight, as it renders Shipping Easy useless to me.

Hi Wendell - Thanks for posting to our forums.

I've taken the time to review the escalation our Customer Success team created with our developers. Here I see that in your case, filtering orders by email was not the correct solution for you.

In some cases, when a merchant has multiple stores connected to their PayPal account, filtering the orders by email will help to sync those specific orders.

However, in the case of your account, you only have one store syncing with your PayPal account. In addition, the filter email you had used was not the email associated with your PayPal orders. So, this filter was actually preventing your orders from syncing.

The good news is that you were able to remove this filter and your orders started syncing! If you run into any other issues, please create a new thread in our forums so that we can focus on the factors specific to your store setup.

Thanks!
