How to: Add additional options to my plan

ShippingEasy is built for businesses of all sizes. Although your business may only need to ship a limited volume, that doesn't mean that you need to limit the scope of your operations and outreach. Additional features can be added at an a-la-cart price (plus applicable taxes, if any).

Learn more about the additional features that can be added to your plan:

To add additional options to your ShippingEasy subscription:

  1. From the blue navigation menu, click the SETTINGS tab.

  2. Click on SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING under ACCOUNT SETTINGS.

How to: Add additional Users to your plan

  1. Scroll down to the "Available Add-Ons" section, locate Users. Click the blue Change link.

  2. Expand the drop down menu to select the number of users you need.

  3. Click the blue Save button.

  4. Your subscription will be updated. Now you can set up the new User login. Learn more.

How to: Add ConnectEasy to your plan

NOTE: ConnectEasy is included in all plans except the Starter plan. Only Starter plan subscribers will see this option on the SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING page.
  1. Scroll down to the "Available Add-Ons" section, locate ConnectEasy. Toggle the greyed Off button into the 'On' position.

  2. Your subscription will be updated.

  3. Now you can install ConnectEasy and configure your printers and/or scale. Learn more.

How to: Add Customer Marketing to your plan

  1. Scroll down to the "Available Add-Ons" section, locate Customer Marketing. Toggle the greyed Off button into the 'On' position.

  2. Your subscription will be updated.

  3. Now you can start setting up your marketing Campaigns. Learn more.

How to: Add Inventory Management to your plan

NOTE: Inventory Management is not available on the Starter plan. Starter plan subscribers will need to upgrade to the Basic plan in order to add Inventory Management. Learn more.
  1. Scroll down to the "Available Add-Ons" section, locate Inventory Management. Toggle the greyed Off button into the 'On' position.
