Difficulty selecting USPS shipping method

We ship most of our items using USPS Regional Rate boxes.

After the USPS site dramatically raised rates on their site last week, I found shippingeasy.com . The learning curve was not bad, because I found the "quick ship" menu button.  Last week, I would press the "Save & Get Rate" button on the "Create Manual Order" screen, and I would be presented with a page that let me select, among other things, "Regional Rate A"

However, when I pressed the "Save & Get Rate" button today, I was NOT presented with a screen that lets me select the rate.  How do I NOW select the rate?  I spent 40 minutes attempting to find a solution.

Hi Mike,

Welcome to ShippingEasy!

Getting a rate for your shipments is easy! I do see some orders on your Orders page in ShippingEasy, for these orders you just need to select the checkbox next to the shipment, then select "Create Shipment". This will bring your orders to the Ready to Ship page where you can make your selections. When making your shipments, the Save an Get rate option would send your orders to the Ready to Ship page as well (bypassing the Orders page).

Alternatively, using the Quick Ship option will apply the selection you created and purchase the label for your order, bypassing the Ready to Ship screen.

I have an awesome step by step guide on how to create a shipping label in ShippingEasy that should help as well.

If you are still unsure, you are on the Starter plan, which does not include dedicated support. If you still have questions, I strongly suggest you upgrade your plan to the Basic plan to get on a training with a dedicated Account Manger and they will be able to walk you through the application. There are many benefits to being on a paid plan that I suggest you review here.

Happy Shipping!

HI Taylor,

The missing page where I can select rates showed up again when I used shippingeasy.com today. Perhaps it was just a temporary bug last week.

Thanks for your help. I have printed out your suggestions in case I have further problems.
