I have a free Starter account - why should I upgrade to the Basic plan?

We created our free Starter Plan to help you get started shipping online. Once you have your stores configured and the orders start rolling in, you need a plan that can grow with you. That's why we've created great plans to upgrade to!

Here are some great reasons to upgrade to our Basic plan:

Greater discounts on USPS Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express rates:

Your USPS postage account will be upgraded from Commercial Base Pricing (CBP) to Commercial Plus Pricing (CPP). What does that mean? Average of 50 to 60 cents less per label printed. Learn more.

Hardware integration: 

Do you use a USB scale or print to multiple printers? ConnectEasy lets you integrate all your hardware for seamless workflows. Learn more.

Shipping Reports:

Need a break down of how much you're spending? Where you ship to most often? Spreadsheets of data ready to easily export? Upgrading to the basic plan provides metrics that allow you to keep on top of financials when it comes to shipping costs and breakdowns. Learn more.

Ready to upgrade to the Basic plan? It's easy!

  1. Go to SETTINGS >> SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING.
  2. Select Change Plan.
  3. From the SHIPPINGEASY SUBSCRIPTION PLANS page, locate the "Basic" column and click the blue Upgrade button at the bottom of the page.
  4. You're all set to start using the upgraded features of the Basic plan!
