Not marking order shipped in Store Envy

We love the recently added feature of marking orders as shipped on our storenvy site. In the last few weeks some orders have sporadically not been marked as shipped causing a few orders to be double fulfilled. Can this be fixed?

Hi Kerra,

There are a number of reasons why your orders may not be updating to your store. This includes making any of the following changes in Storenvy or ShippingEasy: splitting the order, cancelling the order, changing the order line items, changing the order status, or disconnecting your store. We have a comprehensive list of reasons why this can occur here.  

These should show that they failed to update in Shipment History. You can retry order updates to your store to try to get these to update on Storenvy. If that is unsuccessful, you will need to update it as shipped with the tracking number manually on your store platform. 

Once you have reviewed the reasons that orders can fail to update to your store, if you can confirm none of those reasons are applicable, we can look into this to see if we can find any reasons why the update would have failed. In that case, would you email issues@shippingeasy.com with the order numbers that failed to update. Please leave these orders as unshipped on Storenvy so our developers can look into this for you.
