Is there a way to make reports? I'm trying to print out a monthly report for how many items I've shipped and how much I paid in postage.  I saw that there were similar questions regarding reports, and there was a link on how to make a customized report.  However, the "Report" button next to settings is no longer there.

I apologize for the delayed response. Because you are subscribed to our free Starter plan, the Reports option will not be available in your account.

The Reports feature is, however, readily available to our Basic and above plans. In addition to one-on-one support, and access to the Reports feature, there are many other benefits to upgrading to the Basic plan.

Alternatively, you can view your Account Transaction reports at Endicia.com. This is available to anyone with an active Endicia account. To login you'll need to use your Endicia account credentials, found on ShippingEasy's "Postage & Carriers" page.
