i did everything on this sheet all the api keys are there the issues im having is that under the carriers tab i dont have any and when i try to add one i look for your module but there is no option for shipping easy so i leave it empty so when i make a test order on my website and get to the shipping part it tells me theres no carriers i read most of the forums that say check your zones and locations 

maybe if you explain to me how this app hooks into prestashop it would help 
is there a carrier i need to add that points to your app?

update : im posting here since i recived an email saying my reply went to an auto responder lol

anyway last night i added a carrier USPS and i was able to create an order that sent it to your website im under the impression that your app would show the customers shipping total based on there address without any intervention on my part am i wrong to assume this?

Hi George, while the ShippingEasy app is unable to send rates to your store directly, it will display the total shipping cost when you create your shipments and choose your carrier service options.
