 I had a order that didnt show up and I did select the shipping tab when invoice was made. I went to check my store and it doesnt show it is connected like the paypal store. I went in and redid all my API keys and everything. Not sure what is going on.

Hi Myrisa,

Thank you for posting to our forum!  I apologize for the delay in responding.

In BLESS, the order must have been created with the Ship This Order option checked.  Also, any orders that were already Complete at the time that you integrated BLESS with ShippingEasy will not be sent by BLESS to ShippingEasy. Those older orders can be uploaded into ShippingEasy manually or via CSV file.

If you have any orders not syncing that did have the Ship This Order option checked and were placed after you finished your Bless/ShippingEasy integration, please email us at issues@shipipngeasy.com with the example order numbers and a screenshot of at least one of the missing orders from the backend of your store so we can troubleshoot further.  Thanks!
