How to use ShippingEasy with LuLaRoe / BLESS

LuLaRoe is a popular fashion line driven by a network of fashion retailers. BLESS is the order management system for LuLaRoe retailers. ShippingEasy helps manage your BLESS orders, create shipping labels, and market to your customers. 

How does it work?

The BLESS system will send your orders that are Complete to ShippingEasy so that you can create shipping labels. Note that orders that are not yet Complete in BLESS will not be sent to ShippingEasy. ShippingEasy provides tools to help you package your shipments and print postage. When you ship an order, ShippingEasy updates BLESS with the tracking number for the shipment. 

Do I need to connect my BLESS account with ShippingEasy?

Yes, the BLESS integration requires that you add a BLESS account to your ShippingEasy account.

Why aren't my LuLaRoe orders downloading from BLESS into ShippingEasy?

If you have a new ShippingEasy account, please note that the BLESS integration will not work until you enter a credit card into ShippingEasy. 

Also note that only Complete (paid for) orders are sent by BLESS to ShippingEasy. And in BLESS, the order must have been created with the Ship This Order option checked:

Why are my orders missing the customer's address?

Orders will only pull into ShippingEasy with the buyer's address if they have been invoiced directly in BLESS and marked as paid.

If the order was paid with a different method (ex: paid with check, paid with credit, giveaway, paid with cash), the Pop Up Address or the retailer's address will be downloaded as the order address instead.

NOTE: for orders paid outside BLESS, use these options to ship the order with ShippingEasy.

  • Edit the order in ShippingEasy after it has synced to reflect the correct address. Learn more.
  • Do not sync the order and enter the order manually into ShippingEasy.
    1. To prevent the order from syncing: leave "Ship this order" unchecked in BLESS.

Will orders that were already Complete in BLESS when I integrated ShippingEasy be sent to ShippingEasy automatically?

No. Any orders that were already Complete at the time that you integrated BLESS with ShippingEasy will not be sent by BLESS to ShippingEasy. Those older orders can be uploaded into ShippingEasy via a CSV file - see How do I get my orders into ShippingEasy? (below).

Why is the weight always zero on orders BLESS sends to ShippingEasy?

The BLESS system does not contain the weights for the LuLaRoe products, so it is unable to provide weights to ShippingEasy. For service/packaging combinations that do not require a weight (for example, USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope), this is not an issue because weight is not required.

For services that do require a weight (for example, USPS First Class Package Service), you can easily add the weight for each order in ShippingEasy. Learn more.

What should I do first?

ShippingEasy offers a suite of features to help you streamline your shipping. However, we recommend configuring a few basic settings first.

How do I get my orders into ShippingEasy?

You can use one of the following options to add these orders into ShippingEasy:

  • Order download via LuLaRoe BLESS integration.
  • One-by-one with Quick Ship.
  • CSV upload.
BLESS Integration (Automatic download): 

When your BLESS account is integrated with ShippingEasy, LuLaRoe orders are automatically routed into ShippingEasy and tracking information is sent back to BLESS once orders have been shipped. Learn more here.

Quick Ship (Manual Orders): 

If you have a few orders that need shipping labels and they were marked as Complete in BLESS before you integrated BLESS with ShippingEasy, this is the fastest option. It's also available to all ShippingEasy subscriptions.

CSV Upload:

If you have older orders to process, from before you integrated BLESS with ShippingEasy, the most efficient way to manage those orders is a CSV file. This option is reserved for ShippingEasy's Basic and above (paid) subscribers.

A CSV file is a condensed data document in which you can compile details for all your pending shipments. Then with a single action, you can upload all those orders to ShippingEasy.

Alternately, follow these steps:

  1. Download our sample CSV file, attached at the end of this article. It has been customized for LuLaRoe.
  2. With the sample CSV file open, use it as a template to compile a list of your unshipped orders.
  3. Save the file to a CSV format. Learn more.

How do I buy a label?

There are a range of buying options, but they all come down to shipping orders one-by-one or in batches.

One-by-one:

If you need to consider how each package will ship, shipping one-by-one is the best way to start. Learn more.

Batches:

Batch shipping is fast, as it allows you to purchase postage for many orders at once. It's best when you:

  • Have many orders ready to ship.
  • Know which orders will ship via the same carrier and service.

TIP: you will apply a single carrier and selection to the batch.

So, we recommend that you first filter your orders. The filters you apply should result in a group of orders that will all ship via the same carrier and service. For example:

  • Filter orders weighing less than 15.9 oz, so that you can ship them via USPS First Class Mail.
  • Filter orders designated Zone 1 - 3, so that you can ship them via USPS Regional Rate.

How do I track my shipments?

Once you ship your orders, ShippingEasy stores a record. Use these tools to locate tracking information for your orders:

  • Shipment History page: filter, sort, and search shipped orders. Learn more
  • Global Search bar: locate shipments, in any shipment state. Learn more.
  • CSV file: if you uploaded your orders via a CSV file, export tracking data back to the original file. Learn more.

What happens if I make a mistake on a shipment?

If you made a mistake on a shipment - such as the wrong address or the wrong weight - no worries! You can cancel this label to request a refund and duplicate the shipment to create a new tracking number. Take a look at our guide
