Lularoe integrates directly with ShippingEasy. LuLaRoe is a popular fashion line driven by a network of fashion retailers. BLESS is the order management system for LuLaRoe retailers. ShippingEasy helps manage your LuLaRoe/BLESS orders, create shipping labels, and market to your customers.
ShippingEasy offers a LuLaRoe/BLESS subscription for $19 a month. This includes support for connecting a BLESS account for automatic order downloads and shipping those orders. There are no shipment volume restrictions on this plan. This plan includes all of the other features of ShippingEasy's Basic plan. At this time, ShippingEasy does not support any other subscription plans for LuLaRoe/BLESS stores. It is not possible to downgrade a subscription from the LuLaRoe/BLESS plan type.

Once LuLaRoe is integrated with ShippingEasy, the BLESS system will send your orders that are Complete to ShippingEasy so that you can create shipping labels. Orders that are not yet Complete in BLESS will not be sent to ShippingEasy. ShippingEasy provides tools to help you package your shipments and print postage. When you ship an order, ShippingEasy updates BLESS with the tracking number for the shipment. The following are more frequently asked questions about syncing orders from LuLaRoe to ShippingEasy.
How often are my orders synced from BLESS to ShippingEasy?
By default, ShippingEasy will sync with your store hourly to pull in any new orders.
What order information from Bless syncs to ShippingEasy?
Order information that will sync from BLESS into ShippingEasy:
- Recipient Name
- Recipient Address
- Recipient Email
- Recipient Phone Number
- Pop-up Name, as Custom Field 1
- Order Number
- Order Date
- Item Name
- Item SKU
- Item Cost
Order information that will not sync:
- Order Weight
- Order Notes
How do I get existing BLESS orders synced to my new ShippingEasy account?
Any orders that were already Complete at the time that you integrated BLESS with ShippingEasy will not be sent by BLESS to ShippingEasy. Those older orders can be uploaded into ShippingEasy via the following ways.
Quick Ship (Manual Orders):
If you have a few orders that need shipping labels and they were marked as Complete in BLESS before you integrated BLESS with ShippingEasy, this is the fastest option. It's also available to all ShippingEasy subscriptions.

If you have older orders to process, from before you integrated BLESS with ShippingEasy, the most efficient way to manage those orders is a CSV file. This option is reserved for ShippingEasy's Basic and above (paid) subscribers.
A CSV file is a condensed data document in which you can compile details for all your pending shipments. Then with a single action, you can upload all those orders to ShippingEasy.

Finding Orders and Creating Shipments
ShippingEasy can recognize when certain changes have been made to orders in your store. For a complete overview, check out our FAQs on the topic. The following are frequently asked questions specific to LuLaRoe/BLESS orders that are still on the ORDERS page.
How can I find specific orders?
On the ORDERS page, you can sort for orders specific orders using the filters on the left-hand side of the page. Learn more about filtering unshipped orders.
Sort for orders that correspond to a specific Pop-Up campaign by selecting the "Custom Fields" search from the left-hand toolbar and entering the date or name of the Pop-Up you wish to see orders for. Learn more viewing orders by Pop-up campaign.
Additionally, you can use the Global Search bar to locate orders from anywhere in the app. Learn more about finding orders.
How do I buy a label?
There is a range of buying options, but they all come down to shipping orders one-by-one or in batches.
If you need to consider how each package will ship, shipping one-by-one is the best way to start. Learn how to create a shipment.
Batch shipping is fast, as it allows you to purchase postage for many orders at once. It is best when you:
- Have many orders ready to ship.
- Know which orders will ship via the same carrier and service.

TIP: you will apply a single carrier and selection to the batch.
So, we recommend that you first filter your orders. The filters you apply should result in a group of orders that will all ship via the same carrier and service. For example:
- Filter orders weighing less than 15.9 oz, so that you can ship them via USPS First Class Mail.
- Filter orders designated Zone 1 - 3 so that you can ship them via USPS Regional Rate.

Shipment Changes and Updates
ShippingEasy updates your store with order information throughout the entire shipping process.
What shipment information does ShippingEasy send back to BLESS?
When an order is shipped within ShippingEasy, the order is updated on the Shipping Management page in BLESS. ShippingEasy will send BLESS a Shipped status and the shipment tracking number.
Note, if two or more orders are combined, only the surviving order will be updated in BLESS. The orders that are merged into the surviving order will not be updated in BLESS.
What happens if I make a mistake on a shipment?
If you made a mistake on a shipment - such as the wrong address or the wrong weight - no worries! You can cancel this label to request a refund and duplicate the shipment to create a new tracking number. Take a look at our guide.
You will need to export your Products from LuLaRoe. Download using this link. When LuLaRoe adds new styles, you will need to revisit this link and download the latest version.
Then you will upload this file to ShippingEasy. This will populate your Product Catalog and make product information available when managing your orders and customer marketing. Learn how to upload your Product Catalog.
Once you ship your orders, ShippingEasy stores a record. Use these tools to locate tracking information for your orders:
