Thank you for posting to our forums. Unfortunately, the initial sync for Jane.com stores only goes back 14 days. We recommend making manual orders for those that were not pulled in automatically.  

You can add manual orders one-by-one or via a CSV file

All future orders from this store will transfer over now that the integration is complete! We have a guide for how to use ShippingEasy with Jane.com stores that has more information on this process.
