Is there any way to import order history of before I joined the ShippingEasy?

Something I forgot to mention that would be of utmost importance for anyone working within their monthly shipment/label limits.
Marking orders as "Shipped" will count towards your monthly shipment/label usage. So depending on how many that is for your plan, which you can view in the link below, it may certainly be something to consider before importing your previous shipment history.

Unfortunately we do not have a way for you to import prior shipment history directly into ShippingEasy.
You can, however, import your previous shipments as orders via CSV file using the steps in the link below, and then mark those orders as shipped, to move them to your Shipment History in ShippingEasy.

Once imported, use the next link below to mark your orders as shipped and add any tracking number information.

That being said, our community has considerable influence on the course of our development. The more interest we see for certain features or integrations, the more likely they will be added to our app.
