I am trying to get started with Shipping Easy and finding it difficult. I am signed up for less than 50 packages per month and would like to try it out to see if it works for my business. The message I receive is that I am disconnected and "You have reached the number of stores available to your current subscription." I only have the one store. Help?

The message you see indicated that you cannot connect another store unless you upgrade your plan. Learn more. If you want to connect multiples stores with ShippingEasy, I recommend looking into this.
While on your STORES & ORDERS page, I also noticed that your Ecwid store has been disconnected. Until that is resolved, your orders will not be able to sync. Fortunately, reconnecting is straight forward.
- Go to SETTINGS >> STORES & ORDERS.
- Next to your Ecwid store, click the green Re-connect button.
- Verify that your Store ID is correct and enter your API Secret Key. You can find steps for finding each of these in our integration guide.
- Click Save and your store should be reconnected.
Unfortunately orders placed before the store is reconnected will not sync. For these, we recommend that you add them into ShippingEasy manually. Learn more.
