Paid orders not populating

We have orders that are paid in Paypal from eBay that are not showing up when you select the Status as "Awaiting Shipment". They are in the general orders section and they do not say "awaiting payment". Is anyone else experiencing this? We have synced multiple times but it doesn't do anything.

Also, Mobile payments "Express Checkout" don't pull at all. We know this because we verify ever payment we have in Paypal directly with the invoices we print.

I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble!

Have you seen our guide on how ShippingEasy works with your eBay store? That may lend some insight.

You should also verify what statuses you have set to come to ShippingEasy from eBay in Settings> Stores and Orders.

If these resources don't provide insight, would you please contact us using the links in the ShippingEasy app and provide us with order numbers that have not successfully synced as well as a few screenshots of the orders on your store so we can see the order details?

In the meantime, I suggest you make manual orders for the orders that have not yet synced.

Hello

I still have been unable to get orders to populate when you click "Awaiting Shipment" under status. Orders only pull into the general orders tab at the top.

Hi Jerome,

I have more information! We do currently have a bug where the order status "Awaiting Payment Status" is not being applied for eBay orders. Right now, no status is being applied in ShippingEasy. I am happy to let know you when this is is fixed!

If you would like for us to investigate your "Express Checkout" shipments, please send along more information using the email contact link in your account! Please send along the record numbers, as well as screenshots of the orders from your eBay store.

Thank you for taking the time to bring your issue to our attention. Our developers were able to fix this for you and your orders marked as “Complete” in eBay orders will map to “Awaiting Shipment” in ShippingEasy.

I have one order that is not being retrieved from eBay, doesn't matter how many times I hit "Sync with Store". All other paid orders are retrieved BUT ONE.

I reconnected the store but still no luck - that ONE paid order still missing.

Hi Hermann,

I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble. I'm glad to hear that most of your orders are syncing. This does sound order specific.

Does your eBay order have a complete shipping address, including the country information? If not, please update that.

Is the order "Complete" on eBay? If not, please update the order status. 

How long did you wait after pressing "Sync with Store"? It can take up to 20 minutes for these to populate.

If you are in a rush I suggest you place a manual order

If it is still not syncing and you would like us to investigate, would you verify the information above, and send a screenshot of the order, and eBay order number to issues@shippingeasy.com?
