We have orders that are paid in Paypal from eBay that are not showing up when you select the Status as "Awaiting Shipment". They are in the general orders section and they do not say "awaiting payment". Is anyone else experiencing this? We have synced multiple times but it doesn't do anything.
Also, Mobile payments "Express Checkout" don't pull at all. We know this because we verify ever payment we have in Paypal directly with the invoices we print.

I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble!
Have you seen our guide on how ShippingEasy works with your eBay store? That may lend some insight.
You should also verify what statuses you have set to come to ShippingEasy from eBay in Settings> Stores and Orders.
If these resources don't provide insight, would you please contact us using the links in the ShippingEasy app and provide us with order numbers that have not successfully synced as well as a few screenshots of the orders on your store so we can see the order details?
In the meantime, I suggest you make manual orders for the orders that have not yet synced.
