Mark Orders as Unshipped

I am new to Shipping Easy, and in an attempt to clean up my Orders page, I marked a bunch of old order as shipped not realizing that would affect my ship count (duh!). We are on the Starter plan which allows 50 shipments per month. I am now over that limit (even though technically I've only done one shipment) and am not able to use Shipping Easy for another month until our count resets. Can anyone help correct this rookie mistake? Thank you!

Hello Mary - I'm so sorry that you did not receive a timely response! I also regret that there's no way to move a "shipped" order back to an unshipped state.  

We noticed some general confusion around the Mark As Shipped option, so we've gone through and updated our guides to make it clearer that these count towards your total shipment count.

Hopefully you've found the "clear orders" option, which would be best if you're on the Starter plan. Although, keep in mind that once an order has been cleared it cannot be resynced with ShippingEasy.
