Shopify Older Orders Not Syncing

Only 11 of my orders are syncing, and the instructions said to post here to receive help with the issue.

Hi Brandi,
I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with your store. I do see you have 11 orders in your Orders page that appear to have synced from Shopify, so it does appear your orders are syncing.

If these aren't the orders you are looking for, have you seen our guide on how ShippingEasy works with Shopify? We do sync orders up to 2 weeks old upon the initial sync, but it can take up to an hour for them to populate. It is also worth noting that orders must be in the correct status (Paid and Unfulfilled or Unpaid and Unfulfilled) in order to pull through. You may also want to check our integration guide to make sure you integrated your store correctly.

If this doesn't help, would you please email issues@shippingeasy.com with the missing order numbers, their statuses, order date, and your store name?

Hi Taylor,

Yes, I've been waiting 24 hours with only 11 orders syncing. All of the orders I'm missing are showing unfulfilled.

The orders I need are more than 2 weeks old (my items are handmade). The directions said, if this was the case, to make a post and I would be contacted. The orders not showing are older than 2 weeks. I need those pushed through.

Hi Brandi,

I did a callback for the last 45 days for your account. I'm now seeing that 18 orders have synced. 45 days is the furthest we can sync without additional help from our developers.

Posting on the forums is great (thanks for that!). However, if you are still missing orders, it would be great for you to email us at issues@shippingeasy.com with the missing order numbers, their statuses, order date, and your store name. It is best for this data not to be posted on a public forum, if you still need assistance with syncing additional orders. This will help us make sure all of your orders pull through as well!

No problem. I just went through and manually filled in all the information to get them out. We'll be caught up now.
