We use media mail to send books, and we need to print a return shipping label with each book we send. Is that possible with your software?

We offer two options: prepaid returns and scan-based returns.
Prepaid return labels are created after the initial label is purchased. You pay for the postage up front, so it's the best option when you're sure that your customer will use the label. Learn more about prepaid returns.
Scan-based return labels are created at the same time that the initial postage is purchased. The postage for the return label is not paid for until the label is actually used. It's the best option if you often need items returned, but are not 100% confident that your customer will use the label you provide. Learn more about scan-based returns.
