Endicia Customer Support
Hi Dan,
Thank you for posting to our forums!
We received your message via email and I have responded there as well.
As I mentioned in the email response:
When looking at your account, I saw 33 labels that were cancelled on 3/6 for $6.25 each. So the emails from Endicia were telling you that each of the refunds was approved.
If you would like to change your notification settings on your Endicia account(s), you can. They have a weekly digest if you would prefer that or you can turn off the notifications all together. More about this can be found in the article linked below:
How to: Receive notifications when my Endicia postage refunds have been processed
You can also view your refunds by logging into your Endicia account. Steps for doing that can be found in the article linked below. Just be sure to log into the corresponding Endicia account (you have two):
How to: Obtain my Endicia refund and transaction history
If you have further questions, please respond back to our email for the quickest response. We're happy to help via chat, email, or phone since you have a paid subscription.
Thanks!
