We are a B-B online store using BigCommerce. Many customers would like to use their DH:/FEDEx/UPS accounts instead of the default Big Commerce Settings of prepaid and add to order. Does your SW help?

While ShippingEasy does allow you to enter third party billing credentials for DHL, FedEx and UPS shipments, we are unfortunately unable to affect the front-end of your website. Instead our integration allows the syncing of order details and updating shipping details back to your store automatically.

If your store platform does not offer real-time quotes, you can only set your shipping rates according to weight, not by zone. This means that you will have to manually set your shipping rate quotes based off of the weights of the package and not their destination.
