I use Ecwid and SE. I split a lot of my orders. The issue is the tracking emails. Right now, Ecwid is sending these emails, but I am aware that SE can also. The problem is, when I do split them, part of it is a dropship. SE says they can not send emails on drop shipped orders, only ones that the label was generated by them.
So what is happening right now, Lets say, I have 2 shipments on one order, as soon as I either print a label, or mark it shipped with the tracking number from the drop ship, my client receives 2 emails, both show the entire order on both emails, instead of the portion that went with that tracking number. It is creating problems, because one, my clients think they are receiving the entire order on the first email they receive, and two, they have no clue why they are getting more tracking emails. I am trying to find a way to have each tracking number, show what's included in each. Any help or ideas will be greatly appreciated

Normally we would recommend you split any orders first, before purchasing labels, or marking as drop shipped. This will ensure that any emails sent from ShippingEasy include only the information listed within the order that is processed for a label, not the entire original order.

After splitting your orders, emails sent for any split portion that you process for a label in ShippingEasy, will only include the information from that split order portion, not the entire order.
Since ShippingEasy does not send confirmation emails for orders marked as drop shipped, you would need to check the email options in your store platform to see if that can be adjusted for only a portion of your orders.
