Would love to be able to quickly identify which user on our account created particular shipping labels.
Would be awesome if there was the option to add a column within Shipment History that maybe just added the initials of the person who created the label. Would help me quickly eliminate the he-said she-said finger pointing that happens from time to time, at least in our operation. Thank you!

I need to regularly look up an order to see which of my employees screwed it up. I would have thought a quick search by customer name, then clicking on the order would give me that. But, that screen gives all details about the order EXCEPT who shipped it. WHY?
Also, a bit more difficult to code is this issue: On E-bay orders I usually only have the E-bay user ID so I have to go to E-bay and find the order there first to get the customer's name to look it up in ShippingEasy. Is there any kind of unique identifier field in ShippingEasy that could pull the E-bay ID over so that orders are searchable by that in ShippingEasy?
Eliminating steps/clicks should be a priority.....

There still is no solution to this that I have been made aware of. If you livechat with ShippingEasy, they can tell from their backend information which user created the label.
As far as your second issue, we have the eBay sales record number displaying on the label, and packing slip and I do 99% of lookup in shipping easy as well as eBay using sales record number.
What kind of information pool are you using that only provides somebodies eBay user ID?

As far as eBay goes, Khody, you are right on track. However, one thing that may help even more is adding a new column on the Orders page for Buyer ID. This will reveal the eBay customer's user name used to purchase the order from you. You can see how to add/remove columns here: How to organize column headers on the Orders page.
