    Hi! Can you please help me get some support for this issue?   A package I sent to a client was bypassed by the post office. They insisted she come to the PO to pick it up AND pay over $8 for the shipping.   I now need to refund her for the shipping.   • Incorrect delivery status

    I'm having several tracking numbers, that shows delivery status (when hovering mouse over the clock, in Shipment History) as "In Transit - Out For Delivery", when in fact it was delivered, and clicking on the USPS tracking number link, shows it was delivered. 1 for example, I have the oldest tracking 9400110298370866425629, which was actually delivered on Feb 4th, but your platform still shows as Out For Delivery.I tried clearing cache and cookies, and still same...     We are getting commercial base rates with USPS, however Shippingeasy is charging us the non-commercial rate for the priority mail 2-day small flat rate envelope.   With our commercial rate it should be $6.95 but Shippingeasy is charging $7.17.   • Update problem with WooCommerce integration plugin

    I'm having a problem - from the WordPress dash I try to update the Shipping Easy plugin to my WooCommerce store. But it won't update. I go to Woocommerce subscription area, but it won't allow me to renew the plugin - it says it is expired but no option to renew.     I am having a very hard time combining orders that were previously split via a rule.  I've tried a bunch of different scenarios and I'm really frustrated because I don't understand if this is a bug or just set up this way by design.   I'm on a free trial and this is the only issue preventing me from upgrading.  I need to know if there's a workaround.     Hello, I encountered this problem last night for the first time ever, and wondering if it could be due to recent USPS changes?  (I ship via USPS) On the "Ready to Print" page, I am not given a rate if the order is international.  This is true whether I select First Class/Priority/etc, or Package/Flat Merchandise/Flat Document/etc.  Nothing will make a price appear, so thus I cannot purchase postage for these orders.  There is a red error triangle in the left colu...     Woocommerce stopped syncing sometime in December, and now seems to occasionally sync but always incompletely and sporadically. 1) In Woocommerce Settings -> Advanced - Rest API, I could verify that ShippingEasy was most recently connecting to the store at the same time that the ShippingEasy admin said it was (4:37pm) 2) Despite this, in the ShippingEasy admin I archived that store and created a new store.  I synched that store, and after 45 minutes, no orders are appear...     It would be a useful feature to be able to choose what CSV store to choose from when hitting the "Manual Order" button. We use manual orders to make corrections on shipping labels that we have already created incorrectly. With multiple stores we need to be able to separate these manual orders to add them into our individual stores shipping margins.   If Shopify would just allow us to Unfulfil orders this would be so much easier as it would just re-populate in shi...     1ST why is the csv request (download csv pick list all orders)sent as email containing a link to process that pop ups a screen to down load in stead of just going to the download save screen. We are a manufacturer of the products we sell on Amazon, therefore the product packaging occurs at the time of the order since daily quantities of each sku is different each day.  Once group prepares the boxes required for todays orders while another picks, wraps, packages, seals the ...     Hello, I have alerted you over a month ago, nothing has been done, and this needs to be fixed asap please! I use SE to send FBA stock levels to other stores, but when these items sell on Amazon FBA, the stock levels never send updates to our stores.   • Inventory Management Overselling w/ Amazon Pending Orders

    When Amazon places orders in Pending, they subtract stock internally, within their stock system, which is not passed over to ShippingEasy's Inventory Management system. In return, this allows other stores connected to inventory management to sell the product(s).     In Walmart, their API key system is now using: "New Access Token based Authentication (Preferred Option) Use the Client Id and Client Secret to get an access token to use with every API call."   They have deprecated Consumer ID/Private Key and do not provide me these values.     Ok, I have an existing USPS, UPS and Fedex account.  I tried adding my USPS account, it was created and then disabled. The message I'm getting is "Account #1328300 has been suspended. Please Contact ShippingEasy Support for assistance." How do I contact support???? -Not possible!     This morning I couldn't send an order to the shipment page-I had to add a weight and then the label paid itself and went straight to print!!!! Not acceptable!! It was a small flat rate box and I needed to add signature confirmation. Please address this! I had no idea what I was charged and had to cancel the label and add it manually.     This is one of the biggest problems we've had with Shipping Easy so far. For Fedex international the default recipient is set to sender. I really don't need to say much more.. but before we were aware of this we sent out a number of batch shipments without fully understanding or knowing we needed to change it.     I have certain SKUs listed on various marketplaces and all with different titles/names of the products - I would expect that Shipping Easy would pull the SKU name based on what is listed in SE under that product SKU, but it doesn't.     I ship mostly USPS Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express.  Today, the same thing I have been shipping around the country (USA) which normally was Priority Mail and costs usually around 10 dollars.   But all of a sudden today the same size package and same weight (17x12x12) 2 pounds it has jumped to 45+ dollars.  I confirmed this on, but I don't understand why all of a sudden this change.   I went and looked at my history in shipping easy and this same size packa...   • Store Stopped Syncing

    One of my stores, VintageVenece, has stopped syncing.  I have had to manually enter orders or use eBay since 10/09/18. I have 4 stores, the others are fine. I made sure the Token was current, pressed Sync, I disconnected and reconnected the store, but it is still not syncing.   Any thoughts? [ view more | comment ]
