  • Split shipping problem (Help)

    I use Ecwid and SE. I split a lot of my orders. The issue is the tracking emails. Right now, Ecwid is sending these emails, but I am aware that SE can also. The problem is, when I do split them, part of it is a dropship. SE says they can not send emails on drop shipped orders, only ones that the label was generated by them.   • Searching a Product, always goes back to the main page of products

    This is really REALLY irritating, every time I search a product sku or name in the search bar, it takes me to that product, but just after a second of showing me the product it takes me back as if I never searched anything. If I then go to where I searched and pressed the button to search again it wont work.     I have had an account for a few years, and was using it seamlessly. The last label printed in April. I tried printing labels on a few occasions at the beginning of June, and although I was able to input the information, and create a label that I could see I could not get the label to print, so I had to cancel the label and request a refund for the postage.   • Orders coming over as ounces instead of pounds

    Hi, Out of the blue, perhaps about 2-3 weeks ago, all my WooCommerce orders started syncing over as only ounces, instead of pounds, so I have to manually fill in the weight before I can complete the labels. For example, an order will show up with 1.7oz, when it should be 1.7 pounds, or 1 pound 11.2 ounces, or 27.2 ounces.     On May 3rd, after I integrated myFedEx account with SHipping Easy, I was billed $29.21 for an overnight small package. THEN, FedEX billed me separately, $65 for the very same package on my credit card! Any way you can fix that double billing, since there seems to be a snafu with your software?     Hi I signed up for this and am about to delete my account!!! I added it to Prestashop and it is not a carrier option!!!  There is NO FINAL tutorial explaning how to set it up with PRESTASHOP!!!!!     Again today, SE is not syncing an order that's over 1.5 hours old. No amount of clicking on the refresh, clearing my browser cache or reloading the order page seems to help. I've even made sure to re-save an order to kick of CRON, although I don't think that's how the sync works. It really defeats the purpose of having this service when I have to do a manual order. Any ideas? Thanks. view more / comment

    When trying to purchase my shipping label through storenvy I received the error below when I clicked "complete purchase". I haven't had this problem before and I didn't do any kind of changes on my page or coding. I found a space in the shipping address and removed it. I don't see any other problems.     Hi, i recently paid for shipping on an order from my storenvy shop and though my bank shows that the money has indeed been taken for shipping, I never received the email. is it possible to either send it to a different email or simply get a refund?     Orders are imported from our Magento 2 store. The strange thing is, the item price and shipping paid are there, but the subtotal will be negative the amount of shipping paid to make the total always come out to $0. This prevents us from creating rules based on the total of the order.  view more / comment
