Hi, I upgraded to the new woo-commerce store integration vs the plugin and there's 2 big problems that is occurring on my account. 1) When I buy the postage & print it via shipping easy, in the past, it used to mark the order as complete on woocommerces end, now with the new store integration it still keeps it as processing once I print the label. I'm not receiving the shipping confirmation emails anymore after the shipping label is created. I'm not even sure if the customer is getting them. I've had shipping easy since 2015 and have had no problems receiving emails once the shipment is confirmed. The last successful email I got from shipping easy was in December of 2019. All shipments since then, I have not received email confirmations. Can someone please help with this?
I have recently begun having issues with the DYMO app showing a frame around any image I try to insert on a label. I have not had this issue in the past. Can anyone help with this? Thank you!
I accidentally used the wrong shipping label in one of my boxes and UPS Store already scan it as "Pick-Up"; I removed the wrong label and created a New one. When I try to cancel the label it doesnt let me because it shows "Pick Up"; but USP Store already voided the transaction. Any help on this? Thanks!!

On the Orders screen, the last two times I've printed labels, each order is duplicated. I have two copies of the exact same order. The details match exactly for the duplicates. When I print, one label the duplicate copy remains. :( I'm currently using the free plan with ecwid ecommerce. There's a bug I think. I've shipped international shipments before and use the same tariff code each time. This time, I got an error saying it was too long, so I shortened it into every possible permutation and it still won't accept it.
My account never converted from Endicia. It still shows that as the only postage purchase option and nowhere have I seen the option to convert to Stamps.com. This is very frustrating as I don't have access to your support as a basic member. Can someone advise on how to convert my account!?

Every time I click PRINT, it takes me to the browser where the label should be and there is nothing there. I am using Chrome. I had to refund this label to be able to send my customer their package another way. Now I am stuck with money in my account and I can't even use it.

four times during the period between 10/9/19 - 10/23/19 ENDICIA billed and old account and caused 2 $30 overdraft fees. Please refund the overdrafts, and notify the bank that these withdrawals were not authorized as I had directed ENDICIA to draw funds from a different account with another bank.

Our Big Commerce Web store is set up properly for all weights to be in ounces, and they show in ounces on our Web site, but when the orders flow to Shipping Easy for us to process postage, the weights are in pounds.
