Every one of my Amazon orders has a warning sign by it with the text "There was an error notifying your store that this order shipped". I'm not sure why this warning appeared all of a sudden as my orders have been updating with Amazon. When logging into Seller Central, I see the orders have been marked as shipped. Also, my store connection with Amazon appears to be fine.
This appears to be a bug since I haven't seen any issues with updating or store connectivity.
Hi Ray -
This is a unique quirk of the Amazon API. It results from a throttle that Amazon places on how often ShippingEasy can access the API. Fortunately, if the orders successfully update to "shipped", then the error message will disappear on its own after a short while.
