Label Failed cannot be cancelled...?

So it says that "shipments in a state of 'Label Failed' cannot be cancelled."

Really? There are no good and I will not buy them ever. There must be a way to delete them. They haven't been bought and need to disappear.

Hi there,

These shipments were not purchased, so they will not be able to be cancelled. However, they can still be removed from ShippingEasy using the following steps:

  1. Press the retry button in Shipment History. This will send them back to the Ready to Ship page.

  2. Press the black X on the Ready to Ship page, which will send them to the Orders page.

  3. Then clear them on the Orders page.

Let us know if you have further questions!

What if They don't go back anywhere when you click retry?

Usually when I click "Retry," it automatically sends the label through if there is enough postage. I have plenty of postage but I don't want to risk having to be refunded for these labels if it doesn't send me back to the Ready to Ship page. Is there anyway I am able to make sure it goes back to that page instead of automatically pushing it through? I have three of these I'd like to clear out. Thank you.

Hi Linsay,

It's possible you are used to a different shipping system that will automatically resend your labels back through when using the retry option.

However, in ShippingEasy, when you click Retry, that action should always send your labels back to the Ready to Ship page for editing or clearing via the Orders page. This is explains in more detail in the link below.

What happens if I click 'retry' when a label has failed?

Thank you.
