Our webstore (volusions) has the option to partially ship or partially backorder something. It does not allow us the ability to reverse marking of complete on an order. Sometimes we have to go in and make a change or refund after an item has shipped (say we need to partially ship an item and it was shipped before edited). Shippingeasy made things simple by completing the order entirely.

Would like to see a simple option on the label creation page to simply Not Complete The Order. So shipping easy exports the tracking but does not change the status. Of course this is needed on a small basis so it should be a option to select only when needed.
