PAY PAL ORDERS COME INTO MAGENTO AS PROCESSING.
THEY ARE SENT DIRECT TO SHIPPING EASY.

Thanks for posting this request! I've forwarded this request to our Product Team. Given that this may be a configuration issue, I do have a couple of suggestions. Per this support article, ShippingEasy brings in only the orders that you have assigned as "Syncable" into ShippingEasy. That said, you have a couple of places where you could make a change to what syncs into ShippingEasy:
Unselect "Processing" as a status that syncs into ShippingEasy. Note: this can be done in Settings > Stores and Orders > Click "Edit Store Settings" for your Magento store (as seen in the article above).
You can change the status mappings in your Magento store so that "Processing" no longer maps to the Status Code associated with your PayPal order when first placed.
I think the first would be the easier option for you and would help with your issue.
