I have orders as soon as November 24th that I need downloaded from Jane.com. I just signed up today so I see that no orders past today will download automatically unless I comment here. Please advise.

Hi Pink Tree Papers - Welcome to ShippingEasy!
Jane.com does not recognize specific order statuses, so unlike many of our other integrations, we do not automatically sync past orders into ShippingEasy after signup. This prevents us from inadvertently syncing shipped orders.
That said, I have requested that all orders placed since November 24th sync with your ShippingEasy account. These will be ready for you on the Orders page.
If by chance you have already shipped some of these, you have the option to delete them or mark them as shipped. These two articles from our Knowledge Base will provide additional steps:
