Hi Eddie,
Thanks for reaching out! To clarify, have you spoken with our Customer Success team yet? A lot of the time we are able to troubleshoot resolution/graininess issues, although, it does depend on what computer/printer combo you have going. For instance, Zebra does not support Mac computers. However, we have found a couple of workarounds that seem to resolve this issue. This issue could also be related to your print method or other computer settings. If you haven't reached out yet, please do so that we can troubleshoot the issue with you.
Here are some great articles that we've created to assist with issues like this:
- Troubleshooting: Printing Problems
- Why don't my labels print correctly on my Zebra printer?
- How to calibrate a Zebra printer
- Do I need to use a CUPS driver if I am on a Mac with a Zebra printer?
- Troubleshooting: Dymo
If you have already reached out to our Customer Success team and they were unable to resolve the issue, I'd be happy to forward your request for higher resolution labels to our Product Team. Thanks!
