No Showing Orders

I have Woocommerce but the company who hosts my website is Wealthy Affiliate.  I placed a test order to see if it worked but the order does not show up.  I contacted their support and this was their response:

"Can you please contact plugin provider and ask them to which IP/domain the outgoing connections should be allowed."

Can you give me an answer for this?

Thank you!

Hi there,

We do sync orders if your store does not have HTTPS, but we will not be able to update your orders to WooCommerce as shipped if you do not have HTTPS. If you are still interested in connecting your WooCommerce store without us being able to update, I've outlined a few suggestions below.

Would you verify that you have correctly integrated your store? An important thing to keep in mind is that we do not sync orders that were placed before you integrated. Also, your orders must be in a syncable status.

We have a helpful troubleshooting guide on syncing WooCommerce orders and also a guide on how to use ShippingEasy with WooCommerce that will walk you through these settings which I strongly suggest you review.

If you are still unable to sync would you please send the following information to issues@shippingeasy.com?

1. Your configuration information for the WooCommerce

2. Also please send your logs for the ShippingEasy plugin

Please let me know if you have questions!

I just found out that Shipping Easy does not work without a secure connection (HTTPS) which I do not have so I guess I am back to manual shipping.  :)

Oh I misunderstood then.  Then I am still interested in connecting to Shipping Easy but the issue now is when I talked to the rep he said there were no plugins.  I just had to enter my website address and it would be all taken care of and work.  So I really can't really check if it is correctly integrated.  If there IS a plugin I should use where do I find it.

Also when I was trying to go through the help topics there were things that should be showing up on my site that does not.  Like in "actions" in orders "Export order to Shipping Easy" is not there.  That was suggested for forcing the orders.

Hi there,

There is a plugin you would have to install. If this is not showing in your Plugins on Woocommerce, you will have to add it to WooCommerce. It would show in Settings> Integrations if it was installed. There are visuals in this article. If the "Send to ShippingEasy" option is not available you likely do not have the plugin installed, or it is not installed correctly.

I suggest you follow our Integration Guide to see how to connect WooCommerce to ShippingEasy. You will be able to download the necessary plugin during the setup process.

Let us know if you are unable to integrate after following the integration guide!

Warm regards,

Taylor Painter
