I am attempting to print 4x6 labels using a Zebra 450 Thermal Printer. When the labels print they are very blurry. When I print on a laser printer they come out great. I found an article in the community on creating a new stock and setting it to Darkness to 13 and Speed to 2 etc. This did not help.
My label sizes are all set to 4x6 and my printer setting is set as No Direct Printing

I'm glad to hear that you found some information on the forums, even if it didn't quite fix the problem.
Something you can try is updating your browser and updating Adobe, your blurriness could be caused by an out of date PDF reader. Another option is to update your Zebra driver or calibrate your printer. I'm not sure what type of computer or browser you are using, so I included a variety of links below to help.
I believe you already referenced this last article, but you may want to double check to see if it saved, or try tinkering with the speed/darkness to see if another combination works better for your printer specifically.
I'm fairly certain that the above options should make your labels clearer. If not, I suggest you contact Zebra directly for assistance.
