I am new to this and I am using the free trial to figure things out.  I was marking all items as shipped that I did not ship thru ShipingEasy to clear them from the screen now it is counting towards my total per month.  How do I fix the ones that I marked shipped?  I have only shipped 12 from this program and it's showing 47.  Thanks for the help!

Presently, drop shipping orders contributes to your overall label use. We've tried to make this transparent in our support documentation, with an "important" note near the top of the article:

There are some real benefits to drop shipping your orders:

  1. You retain a record of the shipment in your Shipment History.
  2. If you provide a valid tracking number, ShippingEasy will update your store with the shipment information.
  3. Drop shipped orders are included in your shipment Reports.

However, if you do not require any of these services, we recommend that you clear the orders instead. This guide will show you how:

Even then, we understand that mistakes happen and our developers are looking into other options for handling "counts" of drop shipped labels.

On a related topic, I'd also like to clarify the difference between our Starter plan and our trials of the other paid plans. 

  • Starter plan: the free Starter plan is intended for shippers who expect to ship less than 50 shipments most months. It is truly a bare bones plan that helps small business get off the ground without significant overhead. It is not, however, intended as a "trial account" as it lacks many of the tools that a larger business would require.
  • Paid plans: these offer the best options for anyone who plans to ship more than 50 packages a month. We encourage new accounts to trial the plan that best fits their volume as the tools available for paid subscribers are designed to support a more sophisticated shipping team. To get a better idea of the plan differences, take a look at this side by side comparison. If you believe that one of our paid subscriptions is a better fit for your expected volume, you may reach out to our sales team at 1-855-202-2275 to inquire about what trial options are currently available.
If you don't think that your business requires the volume or features of one of the upgraded plans, then I recommend holding tight until your monthly subscription resets. At which time, you'll see the full 50/month shipments available.

Thanks for the quick response.  I currently keep a record of what I ship thru PayPal so would not need that done here as well.  I am just trying this for the first month to see if it would be worth it to upgrade.  So there is no way to take off the ones I accidentally  marked shipped?  Im sure you can clearly see that I did not use those in your program?  I thought by doing that it would clear it out of my screen.  I know now that I can just clear it but mistakes happen and hoping you all can make it right for me.

Hi Lisa - Unfortunately there's no way for us to remove those orders from your Shipment History, nor can we remove them from your account. I regret that it's a case of lessons learned the hard way. 

However, if you are entertaining the idea of upgrading our Basic plan at some point, I still encourage you to contact our Sales Team. We find that many businesses that are on the edge of 50 shipments a month prefer the Basic plan due to the postage savings and added features - including live one-on-one support. You can even use this calendar to schedule a call and view a demonstration of the upgraded options.

Have there been any changes to this Shipment History? I have the same case as Lisa and now I'm unable to ship a package that needs to go out. I didn't realize marking them as shipped would deduct from my monthly total.

I am not in the market to upgrade since I'm not actually shipping over 50 packages. Please advise.

There have not been any changes to drop shipments and Shipment History since this post originated. Drop shipments will still count towards your label totals. 

After checking your account, however, I see that you have upgraded your account, presumably to be able to continue shipping.
