I use Shipping Easy with my BigCommerce website and I would like to know if there is a way to set up International Shipping by weight with an "additional item" charge so that when customers order more than 1 item they are not charged the full weight of both items. Most of my products are small and if they order 2 things, the weight will still fall within the listed weight of one item yet they get charged double the way it is set up in BigCommerce.
So, is there a shipping rule I can set up in Shipping Easy that will only charge my international customers 1 weight plus an additional item charge if they order more than one item? I currently use this rule in Inkfrog for my EBay store and it works great.

ShippingEasy is an application that works with the backend of your store. Unfortunately, we're not able to provide any rate quoting to your customers through your BigCommerce shopping cart. Rather, you'll need to consult with BigCommerce to see how you can reconfigure your product weights.
Along those lines, we happen to have some guides to help you set up your shopping cart in BigCommerce. These are just best practices that we've gleaned from working with other BigCommerce merchants - BigCommerce will still be your best source for shopping cart and in-store product configuration.
If you have a strategic advantage to saving inaccurate weights to BigCommerce (a common strategy for calculating shipping costs), then I recommend that you set up your Product Catalog in ShippingEasy. The ShippingEasy Product Catalog will not impact your BigCommerce shopping cart rates; however, it will ensure that the correct product weights are automatically applied within ShippingEasy - and that the rates you pay for postage are accurate.
