PrestaShop ShippingEasy Module, where is it?

First, I don't understand why I need to create a second account for your DAMN Zend framework, I already created one on api.shippingeasy.com

Second, you claim you are integrated with Prestshop, and provide details on how to install...

https://support.shippingeasy.com/hc/en-us/articles/203348769-How-to-Integrate-PrestaShop-with-ShippingEasy#existing

I follow the instructions, using the latest version of PrestaShop 1.6.1.4 and there isn't any module in Shipping and Logistics called ShippingEasy...  WTF?

Hello!

A further update on this issue! PrestaShop customers can now follow our guide on how to integrate PrestaShop to ShippingEasy. The guide will walk you through the steps to integrate, and explain how to get the file to add ShippingEasy as a module on your store.

Hi there,

Thanks for posting in our forums! The forums are technically run on a separate website URL from the ShippingEasy application. I'm sorry that signing up was not the ideal process for you to post- however now that you have your credentials you will not need to create an account again to make future posts!

My Product Manager was able to reproduce this on our test account. She was also unable to see the option to add the ShippingEasy module to her PrestaShop store. Another customer that had this issue with PrestaShop version 1.5, but they were able to add the ShippingEasy module in PrestaShop version 1.6. We were unable to resolve this with PrestaShop by contacting them on our end. It is possible they need to reset your available account modules.

Unfortunately since the module is a part of the PrestaShop interface, we are unable to fix this. You will need to contact PrestaShop to see why ShippingEasy is no longer showing as an option. They host the plugin on their site and they control which plugins are displayed for installation.

In the meantime, you can create manual orders or upload your orders via CSV to the ShippingEasy interface.

Warm regards,

Taylor Painter

Hello,

Just an update for future shippers who stumble across this post!

We are working with PrestaShop to add ShippingEasy to the modules page. In the meantime, if you are on a paid plan please email support@shippingeasy.com for assistance in installing this store. If you are on the Starter plan, please email issues@shippingeasy.com and we will be able to assist you with the necessary information as well. We will update this thread as we get more updates from PrestaShop.

Sincerely,

Taylor Painter

in the meantime you need to explain how to set the shipping rates if the MODULE is NOT a shipping option. It's a extremely frustrating and am going to see if Stamps.com has the same issues!

Hello Syl Vie, and thank you for posting to our community!

Unfortunately ShippingEasy is unable to provide discounted rate quotes to your store directly. ShippingEasy does not affect the front-end of your website, instead our integration allows the syncing of order details and updating shipping details back to your store automatically.

If your store platform does not offer real-time quotes, you can only set your shipping rates according to weight, not by zone. This means that you will have to manually set your shipping rate quotes based off of the weights of the package and not their destination.

We have some additional tips for setting up shipping rates for your store in our guide below.

Thank you.
