How to get scan return label activated on my account

I need to setup the "scan based return label" but since I have a free plan, I can't call, chat or email... but the instructions given are to first call Endicia and then to contact Shipping Easy... so how do I contact ShippingEasy to turn on this feature?
 
I've already setup with Endicia, so now I need to get set up/activated with Shipping Easy.

If you can also tell me about the label printing for this option, that would be great. For the label option specified for these scan based return labels (to print outgoing label, return label and packing slip), there isn't an Avery label suggestion underneath like there is for the others. Any help here?

Hi Katie,

Thanks for posting in our forums! Pay-On-Use returns are not available for the free Starter plan. 

To access this feature, you can upgrade your plan to our Basic plan. There are a number of features available on the basic plan outline here that may interest you as well! If you do upgrade we will be able to enable this feature for your account.

Regarding the size option for your pay on use labels: the pay on use return label would be generated in the same label size that you have selected for your outgoing labels in Settings> Labels in your ShippingEasy account. The suggested paper types are also listed below the label selection option. We have a guide on scan based return labels that describes the available size options and other FAQs for this feature, should you decide to upgrade your account.
