I use WooCommerce on http://edenknowsimplants.com and only some of my orders are showing up in ShippingEasy.
There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason or why some orders show up and some don't.
For example, I received 2 orders last night for the same product. Order #23725 came through, but #23726 didn't.

WooCommerce is a bit different than our other integrations, so this will require you to look in your WooCommerce store for a few things.
What statuses have you selected to send to ShippingEasy from WooCommerce? You will want to make sure your order statuses match the statuses you have selected to sync. There are instructions in the link below on how to view your syncable statuses.

Once you verify that- if you select to export your orders to ShippingEasy, do the orders send? (Instructions to export are also in the link above).
If this doesn't help, would you download your configuration information and logs then email that to issues@shippingeasy.com so we can take a look?
If your logs were not previously enabled, you can enable those then attempt to manually export the order(s) that will not sync to generate new logs.
