Using a Zerbra GX420d printer. It worked fine until our shipping computer died. Now that we have new computer the USPS labels will not print correctly. All of the label will print except for the last inch. So most of the endica barcode is missing. Fedex and UPS labels print fine. I was able to print a USPS label yesterday after spending about 2 hours working at. Today, I turned on the shipping computer to print labels and am having the same issue as before.

It is possible you may need to reset the label dimensions for your Zebra printer since you are using a new computer. Can you try using the instructions in the link below to help you set up those dimensions?

If for some reason setting the label dimensions does not correct the issue, you may also need to recalibrate your Zebra printer.
