Switching Back to Split Label Packing Slip

While trying to update our packing slip template I switched us to separate pages for packing slips and labels, where before they were each 4x6 on the same page. I have tried MULTIPLE times to switch back to a single page for the label and packing slip but I can't seem to get it to work. When I switch it on the label sheet and save, it works, but the packing slip page still shows only the separate page options and the combined option is grayed out, referring me to set the combined on the label page, which I have already set. Any help woudl be great.

Hi Jared, and thank you for posting to our community!

The greyed out options for the combo label/packing slip format, are actually only available to select from the Label settings. If you have selected the combo format option in the Label settings, then you have successfully enabled that option. 

Keep in mind however, that any label format changes will only affect new orders. Any labels that were printed using a previous setting, will continue to reprint using the same previous setting.

The packing slip format options that are available within the Packing Slip settings page, are for printing separate packing slips before, or after generating a label. The link below will provide more details regarding when, and where you can print the separate packing slips, without triggering the combo label/packing slip option.

So that means things are set properly, but new shipments are still printing as a label and separate packing slip. There must be a bug somewhere!

Hi Jared, are you printing your purchased labels from the Ready to Print page, as outlined in the article linked below?

Yes, that is correct. All shipments within the past 7 days will have this issue.
