ConnectEasy not printing

Hi! I have uninstalled and installed ConnectEasy multiple times and have the most up-to-date version of ConnectEasy, yet labels do not print when I click "print now." If I create a PDF and print from a PDF, the print job works, so it is not the printer. When I "Print now" it says it is sending to the printer yet I do not have any log or indicator that has happened. I have fully authenticated ConnectEasy and do not get any error messages. It simply does not print, but "appears" to be working in every other regard.

Anytime you experience trouble printing from ShippingEasy via ConnectEasy, you will want to check your ConnectEasy application to make sure it is running and connected.

How to: Verify ConnectEasy is Running and Reconnect

If you can confirm ConnectEasy is running, please try quitting ConnectEasy by right clicking the ConnectEasy icon and choosing Quit, and then restarting the application from your Applications or Program Files folder. 

Once ConnectEasy has restarted, please confirm it is is connected again and then try printing.

If you are still unable to print, please make sure ConnectEasy is configured for printing in ShippingEasy, using the step-by-step instructions in the link below.
