Batch Amazon Prime Orders

It is a MUST for our company to be able to Batch Amazon Prime Orders!!

I understand that I am not able to edit an order but I have hundreds of Prime orders that go in the same box and I NEED to be able to batch them!!!

It is a pain having to do each one separately when I can just do it once with all other orders.

I also need to be able to split an order. If someone orders 12 gallons of something and only 4 fit in a box, I need to be able to split it into 3 shipments, but since I cannot edit a prime order this is not allowed and I have to do it manually through a second shipping system.

Please help!

Hi,

We have had an update and can now batch Amazon Prime orders. The available carriers and services will be limited to just those that Amazon will allow for all shipments within the batch. Finding the common carrier and service for a batch of orders could get complicated and potentially more time consuming than shipping the orders individually.

One really fast technique for fulfilling Prime orders is to create Shipping Presets and then define Shipping Rules that assign those Shipping Presets to your Amazon Prime orders. You can then easily purchase multiple orders at one time using the Buy & Print button on the ORDERS page. Learn more about Buy & Print.

Hello Chris,

Thanks for posting! Unfortunately Amazon does not support partial fulfillment of an Amazon Prime order at this time, so splitting Prime orders is not possible.

In regards to batching, please keep in mind that since Amazon controls the exact carrier and service that is eligible for use on each individual Amazon Prime order, finding the common carrier and service for a batch of prime orders could get complicated and potentially more time consuming than shipping the orders individually.

Further, a really fast technique for fulfilling Prime orders is to create Saved Carrier selections and then define Shipping Rules that assign those Saved Carrier selections to your Amazon Prime orders. You can then easily purchase multiple orders at one time using the Buy & Print button on the ORDERS page. Learn more about Buy & Print.

I have however, logged your request, and the more support we hear for a feature the better. We will direct any future requests for Amazon Prime batching to this page and keep an eye on it.
