I'm new here trying to get help setting up my account. I'm trying to start an E-commerce page, but struggling to figure out how to get shipping to work. I signed up for this in hopes it would help me, but when trying to integrate it to my e-commerce host there isn't an option. I tried finding a way to contact customer support but that seems impossible also. I'm using Invision community e-commerce software. Can anyone assist me with this? Thank you.

It sounds like you may be using a store platform that we do not currently support. You can see the list of current integrations and partners here: https://shippingeasy.com/integrationpartners/
The good new is, you can still use ShippingEasy if you import your orders with our simple CSV upload tool or add orders one-at-a-time.
We also provide an open API so that you can integrate platforms which are not otherwise supported (so long as you have a developer of your own who can set this up).
