trying to set up my account and payment options. Every time I enter my credit card info and submit, the street address disappears and it wont let me continue. It doesn't let me type in that box either. I would love to call and get support, but because I can't enter my billing info, it won't let me call. so frustrated. maybe I will try stamps.com instead

I am having the same problems. After I set the account up, I am trying to enter my credit card number. After the card number is entered, it says there is a problem with the address. Any suggestions?
Hi Adalee,
Thank you for your post!
I also responded to your email earlier today. Here is the information again:
Please try another browser to see if that works to edit your billing information. Also, please be sure to include your First and Last name in the corresponding fields.
If you get an error message then this troubleshooting article may help:

Also, keep in mind that once the Endicia account is created then you can log into www.endicia.com and update your billing information there: How to: Update my Endicia account billing details
I am having a problem loading the API Keys from Shipping Easy into Bless. I have followed the steps and video to retrieve each of the API Keys. I have copied them into the correct fields. But once I hit Save I get a message saying that my API Keys are incorrect. I have gone back and done the steps 4 times and I cant find the problem.
Hello S. Flores,
Thank you for writing to ShippingEasy. In order to use the Bless integration, it is required that you have completed setting up your ShippingEasy account. It looks like the only step left is to add your credit card so you can open your postage account.
At the top of the first page when you log in you will see a banner with the steps for setting up your account, please click "Set up to buy labels" complete that last step and the API keys will then be active.
Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to assist.
Regards,

Hi Brandy,
Thank you for posting to our forum! I'm sorry for the delayed response and that you have had troubles registering for your Endicia postage account.
It looks like you may be using a PO Box for your address. I would recommend putting the actual street address of your Post Office instead. This is mentioned here as well: Troubleshoot: Error registering my USPS Postage (Endicia) account
If that doesn't do the trick, please let me know so I can troubleshoot further.
