I have a dymo 4XL installed on my MacBook. I had the shipping label preference as a 4 x 6, and I have a hooked up to connect easy to print to my thermal printer. Whenever I print something the label print out sideways and is cut off. I have verified the connect easy settings, and I have also verify the settings in the dashboard.

Mine is doing the same thing. I followed the instructions above and it's still not working. Any other ideas?

Hello Michael,
Depending on the operating system you have, we have a great article that walks through fixing that issue.
You'll want to see if the paper size is correctly set.
I hope this helps!

Hello Bradley, and thank you for posting to our community!
It is possible your label needs to be adjusted so it prints vertical. To check that, you will first need to print the label to PDF, using the steps here: https://support.shippingeasy.com/hc/en-us/articles/204265905-How-to-Generate-a-PDF-when-ConnectEasy-is-enabled
Once printed to PDF, you should be able to see how the label is being sent from ShippingEasy. If it is horizontal, you can right click on the label and choose to rotate.
If you do not have a rotate option when right clicking, you may need to check your browser's view menu for that option.
Once rotated correctly, that formatting should then apply to labels printed via ConnectEasy.
If, however, the label appears vertical when printed to PDF, we would recommend following the steps in the section titled "Label is printing small or incorrectly" in the link below.

Thank you.
